What’s the capacity of the conference room in A Plus Business center?

There are 2 standard conference rooms for 8 people (maximum capacity: 10 people), 1 standard meeting room for 16 people (maximum capacity: 20 people), 2 meeting room (standard capacity: 3 people) and 1 VIP reception room (standard capacity: 8 people). For normal small and medium sized companies, they are enough for various business conference use.

What’s the billing system for conference rooms and VIP reception room?

All medium-term and long-term tenants of A Plus Business center are entitled to use the conference rooms, VIP reception room, meeting area, recreation area and other public facilities for free. There is a monthly time limit for conference rooms and VIP room usage, only the exceeded hours would be charged.

What’s the service time of air conditioning in business center?

A PLUS Business Center offers air conditioning service from 8:00 to 19:00, Monday to Friday, and 24-hour air exchange system. A charged air conditioning service schedule is available for daily overtime and holiday overtime.

Is there any special offer regarding the rental?

A Plus Business Center offers discount for tenancy more than one year, the longer the tenancy, the better the discount. Other special rental offer will be available occasionally, please contact our consultant at your earliest convenience.

Is it convenient for parking around A Plus Business Center?

The building of A Plus Business Center offers parking space rental service, monthly rental fee would be starting from NT$2,000+. What’s more, Zhouzi Sky Parking is 50 meters across from the building, it is also very convenient for parking.

Is it convenient for dining around A Plus Business Center?

A Plus Business Center is located at the core zone of Neihu Technology Park, Food plaza and various restaurants are available within 5 minutes walk, which is very convenient for dinning.

Is short-term tenancy available?

You are mostly welcome to call us if you will have any short-term tenancy request, our secretary will tailor made a proper proposal according your needs. Considering the development of your company, we suggest you set a long-term tenancy, of which the rental is more acceptable.

We are a small company, but we expect to be served as big client, what kind of support can A Plus Business center offer?

A Plus Business Center knows your needs very well. Apart from decorations and facilities which cost almost ten million, we are also dedicated to services. Such as the Japanese and English speaking secretary reception services, the business reception secretary can work on behalf of your company; all related services are provided on the basis of respect of you and your clients.

Do you have any solution for mobile office or virtual office?

Yes, we have. You are mostly welcome to call for consultation if you have any related requests or questions.

How is your charge of cleaning, electricity, water and property management fee?

Apart from monthly rental and business service fee, it is complimentary for cleaning, electricity, water, management and air-conditioning.

Is the meeting venue of A Plus Business Center available for non-signed clients?

Non-signed clients can propose the demands of venue rental before the 5th of every month so that the quotation and venue arrangement can be carried on in time.

Do you have any commission for recommending clients?

Yes, we have agency working on promotion, and you are also welcome to recommend clients with rental needs, once the deal is made, A Plus will give you competitive commission. Should you have any question, please contact us.

Is individual network environment available?

Yes, it is. A Plus Business Center will provide you individual network environment based on your request to meet your any demands.

Does A PLUS provide employee attendance record?

A Plus Business Center has the check-in & check-out system, detailed attendance records are available for clients. Even you are frequently on your business trip, you’ll have the access to know the attendance record of your employees.
